Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or four years of Online/Digital Marketing experience
• Knowledge of online trends in industry
• Strong organizational skills and time management skill
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include word, excel, and access

Preferred
• Experience working with any or all of the following: UNICA Interact, Epiphany (Infor CRM), and or x+1
• At least three years of Website Merchandising experience
• Ability to leverage excellent analytical skills to analyze and summarize data to “tell a story”
• Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally with both internal and external business partners
• Online retailing
• Expertise in customer targeting
