I’m really impressed with this email from Linkedin. It’s a huge departure from their standard (dull) emails. It’s a great use of faces. It’s interactive -> mousing over a connection’s face pops up a little bit of info. The overall theme is a cool idea as well. Basically: We’re already half way through the year and here are changes / moves your connections have made in 2011. Linkedin makes a great deal of their revenue from job listings. I think is a nicely played way to get folks to think about making career changes which Linkedin hopes will get email recipient to browse the job listings.
