Pipeline Success, an industry leader in online marketing and performance-based lead generation, is seeking a Search Campaign Manager to help scale the business. The Search Campaign Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and measuring the success of innovative B2C lead generation campaigns across a variety of verticals. This individual must be a self-starter with meticulous follow through and the ability to deliver measurable results as part of a tight-knit team.

The Search Campaign Manager will:

Deliver full service marketing support (generate ideas, create focused plans, personally execute tactics and measure results) primarily through use of search engine marketing, and SEO. Pipeline currently has 6+ campaigns in the senior care space across 4 domains and plans to add 4-6 more before year-end. There are currently 2 external partners driving PPC campaigns as well as 1 internal person running PPC campaigns, and we have developed 1 SEO site. This position will take over and oversee all of these initiatives and greatly expand them.

Key Responsibilities include:
– Lead a project team consisting of graphic designers, developers, and admin support to execute PPC and SEO marketing initiatives.
– Have the ability to excel in a small organization, an analytical mind, and excellent data analysis and management skills.
– Live, sleep and breathe SEM and SEO. Priority is SEM but SEO expertise is a plus
– Be an exceptional communicator with exemplary copy writing and editing skills that can also communicate ideas effectively.
– Love meeting and understanding the needs of your clients

– A passion for the Internet
– Documented success creating and managing Google Adwords campaigns with $50k+ in media spend per month
– Expert excel user, database experience +
– Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, Java, etc.
– Experience using Google Analytics, Search tracking software (SearchForce, SearchRev, etc.) and other website analytic tools
– Comfortable with heavy statistical analysis
– Previous online marketing or advertising experience
– B.A. or B.S. in marketing, advertising, statistics, computer science, or related
